Stables

I did a search but couldnt see anything relevant.

I think stables would be a great idea. For a price you could store any lame horses until they were fit. You would only be able to pick up that horse(s) at that particular town/settlement (unless, possibly, if the map size is increased), it would be like a traders screen.
One way that the money might work is that you pay an initial fee to put the horse in to the stables (when you transfer the horse into the stables trade window your account is debited, say, 100 gold). When you go to pick up your horse you will be charged again according to how long the horse has been left there, for example 10 gold a day.

I also think that maybe breeding wouldnt be out of the question. This would, however, need to rely on horses becoming 'levellable', which I think would be a whole new suggestion. The stables trading window would have two more slots, away from the main window where you could put any two, fit horses. A 'Breed' button would, once both windows are full, become activated and, once pressed a foal would appear in the inventory window. This foal would have starting stats that would be an amalgamation of both of its parents (Charging, speed etc). This way you could attempt to create a customised super horse. The first breeding slot would make that horse a 'male', the second 'female' and the horses colour would be dominated by its father (or however it works really). Horses could even have their own lineage and pedigrees, you could give them names and there could be 'famous' horses, which, if included in your horses pedigree, could make it worth a fortune. I should quit now while Im still making sense (just...).

Sorry if you think I'm being too negative, but I don't think stuff like breeding horses would add much to the game. It sounds like a chore you'd have to do if you wanted to get the very best horses, like a boring and annoying minigame or sidequest. But not really fun.

Besides, it takes many years to raise and train a warhorse. You wouldn't be able to breed more than one or two generations, really.

As for stables.. sure, that'd work, but if you don't have horses that level up (something that's been discussed elsewhere, and which I personally think would be a bad idea) there doesn't seem to be much point to it. Better to just sell it to a farmer and get a new one.

Since I heard that Armagan is adding stamina in battle to people, it wouldn't be outlandish to assume that he would add stamina to horses. This would probably add the need to eaither get the best horse, or be able to increase its stamina. Since this game isn't super realistic anyways, why not be able to breed horses?
