Stabbing While Mounted?

Knight
Currently, when using weapons that you can swing and thrust (such as the longsword) on horseback, there is a random chance that you will perform a thrust instead of a far more sensible side-swing. It is VERY annoying to have to try to stab from a speeding horse instead of the more logical swing. It makes the longsword (the knight's weapon of choice) near useless on horseback when compared to swing-only weapons such as the broadsword or battleaxe.
It would be much better if you could only swing and not thrust while on horseback (apart from spears and lances).

In version 0.632 this has been fixed. If the horse is moving, you'll more likely swing the sword instead of thrusting.

However, there is a bug that's annoying me. When my horse is not moving, I get a change of thrusting the sword with my nomad sabre. Since I can not thrust it, it gets really annoying when I'm supposed to quickly swing the sword before my enemy does, and I can't do a thing.

Has this been reported in the bug report forum? If not would you be kind to do so?

You might want to thrust if your horse is surrounded, or if you have just charged someone and have stopped to finish them off.

Yes but I meant the thing with the nomad sabre, since it doesn't have a thrust attack.

If memory serves Armagan said he fixed it.
