Summary: In version 1.2., and I think even in 1.1, characters voices will change after marriage. I can't say this is happening for all characters/cultures, but a decent amount. For example NPC Icratia (spelling?) had the Imperial Noble Female Voice prior to Player Character marriage. However after marriage her voice has now changed to that of the Imperial Companion Female Voice.
How to Reproduce: Talk to NPC before and after marriage
Have you used cheats and if so which: No cheats, no mods in this save

The "my husband" part changes according to the relation between npc and main hero, so we didn't record that part, its not a bug. Thank you for the report and have fun playing!

This hasn't been resolved as of 1.2.8 Vanilla with no mods.

Issue: Imperial Npcs are using the wrong voice template:
imperial_high_female_softspoken(noble voice) before marriage turns into -> imperial_low_female_softspoken (hireable companion voice) after marriage/joining clan.

It has nothing to do with unvoiced lines, the issue is exactly that its voiced, but with the wrong voice.
To reproduce, talk to an imperial npc (e.g. Sora(imperial high softspoken template) and Epipheria (imperial high curt template), marry them or to a family member, and talk with them again(fast forward time for a day or two if they don't give spoken dialog)

The files are found here: Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\SandBox\ModuleData\Languages\VoicedLines\EN\PC
Lines exist for both templates, high and low, so its not a missing voice that needs to be covered by another one.

Npcs should retain their original voice, but for some reason, the game seems to classify them as companion and just exchanges their voice for the companion variant, making them sound like a run of the mill commoner instead of a noble.
The "my husband" part changes according to the relation between npc and main hero, so we didn't record that part, its not a bug. Thank you for the report and have fun playing!
