Has anyone done this quest yet? I am working my way through yet another playthrough and wondering if this is continuation of the brother quest where you rescue your family from the bandits. Any information?

I think they said it part of the conspiracy quest, but I'd like to know too. It'd be 1000% better if it wasn't to do with that cluster**** of a quest and was related to family instead.
The family quest is actually quite interesting however its not balanced at all. I really hope the stupid conspiracies gets removed from the game
