Need More Info Split Formations end up in Formation I when starting battle

Summary:

So today I've noticed this; playing Foot Troop only with 3 infranty formations + Archers. 1 Main Infantry and 2 Polearm Formations on sides. All seems good, formations have the correct troops in them etc. however when starting battle I only have 2 controllable formations, Infantry I and Archers I, with the other 2 formations empty.. I can split from Infantry I into these two formations but Companions remain in Infantry I formation.

I've been playing with same mods for a bit. Nothing that changes Battle Formations or anything of that sort, not even RTS Camera mod etc.

How to Reproduce:
Have you used cheats and if so which: No cheats but Mods.

Hey, considerable amount of bugs and issues should be fixed with lately released pathces and updates. Please let me know if the issue is persistent on the latest live version v1.0.3 as well so we can further inspect the issue.
