My villages are in constant starving. i maxed out everything and constantly chasing bandits if im not at war. But i cant them to feed themselves. Because their prosperty doesnt get higher because they are starving. And that prosperty maulus get them short on food. Its a Circle you cant escape. Donating food into their stock would break this cycle.
