Spawnrate of Bandit Parties and Hideouts

The Title says it already, where can you mod the Spawnrate of Bandits Parties and Hideouts.
I would appreciate a clear decription and if i need a special Program to do it.

Just in case:
I am NOT talking about the Sizes of Bandits, only about how often they spawn.

couple of things:
1) are you using modsys (.py files) or .txt tweaks?
2) what is your base module? Native? Floris? Something else? Which version? Like Native 1.174

The spawn rate of bandits should be very similar to the way Warband works. Bandits are created by a timed trigger that fires a script to check whether conditions in-game allow bandit parties to be created. If you find those in Warband you should be able to find those in Bannerlord.

The funny thing is that he has had before both flags, BL and WB
Unless he clarifies it by himself, we can't really say.
