Resolved [SP] Diplomacy is all messed up

I am my own faction,
I was besieging the last and only castle town of the Southern Empire.

Im finally getting somewhere with trebuchets on the walls, and the siege suddenly ends because "they are no longer enemies?"
who approved this? i didnt, im the faction head.


Also cant seem to make allies or do anything in my diplomacy menu screen, cant even declare war here

Unfortunately the game is...less than Early release. Some of the features aren't even available. They have, thus far, been active in patches so the future is bright?

If i may, I would suggest nexus mod. Modders, as usual, are picking up the work and fixing some of the things that are odd. Many of the major issues have been addressed there.

I wish the game was more fleshed out, Ik its early access but yesh, no diplomacy?

You can make peace by talking to any enemy lord. I am unsure how to declare war, but i took a lot of settlements from battania and am just focusing on building up in my peace time. Khuzaits and battania each control almost half the map, so i decided to make my own faction to try to keep the two evened out. Yeah, I wish there was more easily available diplomacy options. lol

The only mod I've seen is Configurable Attrition, which forces the AI to a % based on how well it does in war and how much casualties it suffers. Problem is, there is no cease fire enforced duration. So the wars are frequent but usually end after the 1st battle or two, with a castle gained.
