I would suggest brasilian ones since they're probably the cheapest and best servers around here, they work for almost everyone in South America with a decent ping (Below 60ms).

We know that we have a lot of community members from South America and I believe we do intend to offer official servers there at some point in the future. However, it won't be during the beta, and possibly not for the start of EA.

They should be cheaper than in any other part of the world right now.
As for location, center of Brasil should be good enough for all SA. Thats a medium point from Venezuela to Tierra del Fuego, Argentina.
Mexicans and other center-America should use USA servers i think.
