As we said. Make everything (except copy protection) available to the Module System. That way, there will be no chance of people re-releasing a standalone game without Ikisoft knowing.

This would be so ridiculously hard, they might was well just re write the whole game.  I don't think you can hope for them (or any other developer) to make a game with everything available to modders.  It just wont work (unless they just made everything into a bunch of DLLs or something)

In any case, just because Armagan doesn't make something available via the module system, doesn't mean you can't mod it

This is what they have said they are going to do.  I don't see that it would be that hard.  It just depends on what level you allow people to edit things.  You just need to make everything into an APIlike format.  They are already fairly close, they just need more operations and to decouple some of the hardcoded stuff.

Well, it depends what you mean by everything

It would be great to be able to script AI, make scene objects move about, change the way animations work, totally re-do the battle maps, re do the way the world map works, etc etc etc... but none of that will ever be in the official module system.  At least no time soon.  If you are under the impression this stuff will be possible in the next version (or even version aftrer) you have been rather miss-informed I'm afraid.

Yeah, I don't think that it is that inclusive, but I am hoping that their 'everything' will include all text (easy to do), how all missions work (again easy), and damage calculation and hitbox size, but who knows what it exactly means.
