Sort party troops by strength

there should be a button, that automatically sorts your troops by strength. So you can either have the best troops at first in the battle or just level up recruits by throwing them in a looter party.

you should also be able to change the troop order before a battle.
(it's greyed out because you should not be able to upgrade you troops before a battle probably)

I would also find useful to temporarily sort troops by roles (or by groups) to easily see how many archers/footmen/etc I have with me, especially when upgrading troops.
This tool should allow to come back to the previous "hand-made" sorting.

To add to this:
have it where when you propose an 'Attack' you can choose what troops come with you and if some need to hold back as reinforcements.

Then when you get to 1/2 Morale, your reinforcements auto join the battle. This would allow you to try to level up some troops, without having your higher tier (same type) get all the kills.

I've got a tip for this : put your low-level troops in a special group, unused yet (like 5 : "skirmishers" ). When the battle starts, make them advance (f1+f4), staying behind them to ensure all goes well.

If needed, make your archers and infantry hold fire. (f4)
