Sort-of-advertising-question

I have a good friend with years of professional modeling experience, and he's started tutoring me and does so very well. Now, he's interested in doing some advertising for his tutoring (it will require payment (I don't know how much, yet)), and we were wondering if it'd be allowed to post such an advertisement on the forums here. I figured asking it here would be the best thing to do.
