something mp have sp doesnt , cut throught enemys.

i noticed in mp u can cut thro 2 or 3 enemies but in sp no matter how much i tried it cant be done even doe it was present in trailer before release , daddy taleworlds fix pls kinda sucks when u goin full speed on horse with a 180 reach polearm swing weapon at 2 archers next to each other just to hit one.
 
Its only 2-hand axes that can cleave through multiple enemies. You need a mod if you want to cleave with other weapons
 
This mod makes it so that any weapon that seems like it should cleave, will cleave. Even spears can skewer multiple enemies like a shish kabob. I'm not sure if it still works though since it hasn't been updated in quite a while.

i actually know about it , its just nothing is better then nativly supported

Sure, but to be fair, the cleaving behavior is native gameplay. I think its just a checkbox that turns it on for other weapons.

I kind of doubt Taleworlds is ever going to add cleaving to other weapon types. Things like glaives are already massively OP as it is and cleaving makes them ungodly powerful. I'm kind of surprised they put it in the game in the first place, tbh, but I feel like its mainly there to make 2-hand axes more attractive vs the faster and longer 2-hand swords.

making it harder to cleave and all weapons can do it would be cooler, but what would i know heh.
 
Another meme mechanic instead of gameplay overhaul that is needed. Good luck not dropping heavy 2 hander at high speed due to impact on your hands or it getting stuck, not to mention edge alignment with axe or glaive would be borderline impossible at high speed.
 
This would be a great addition to Realistic Battle.

Slicing through multiple layers of thick leather, mail & steel plates, not to mention the body in one go? Ez pz

However, being able to side swipe a couple of archers with a glaive while stampeding behind them would be satisfying.
 
Generally even thick clothes will prevent you from cutting through something fully, plus you dont want to fully commit (I am talking IRL here not in game behaviour of player with respawns), because then you cant cancel the attack if necessary and you are risking it will get stuck (and you will lose the weapon as a result). Even if you went against naked people and you managed to cut through one (which would probably include bones) you would lose too much kinetic energy and momentum to seriously harm anyone else with the smae swing. But obviously if someone wants to have power fantasy or wants to depict giant or something similiar I can understand.

Just like I can understand that people with certain "issues" are complaining about incompatibility between RBM and naked female armies + cut through everything (rap...... I meant captivity events activated too obviously) in the mod forums. (many such cases :grin:)

And on a sidenote, shouldn't those captivity event mods be hardblocked in some way, shape or form?

Well I am against censorship, it is not my business what kind of porn other people like. With that said such mods probably should be 18+, but we all know how much would that work.

TW ****ed with the hit boxes of children some time after the Child Soldiers mod came out, making them functionally invulnerable, so there is precedent. But I don't think they care so much about the captivity and rape mods because no one is throwing up YouTube videos of those with five and six digit views.

Companies can get in trouble for not doing enough to prevent it I think, with ratings and Steam Guidelines and such.
But before this thread I hadn´t even known of the existence of such mods so I dont think they take up a predominant space on Nexusmods.

Captivity events have 30K unique downloads (RBM for comparison have 80K, and we have multiple modules and optional mods that obviously increase this number as a result) and it has like 10 translations.
