1)Kill raiders: raiders are hard to find... moreover, they sometimes spawn into water, making them impossible to kill. Perhaps putting spawn points a bit more inland and making them stay near the city they have attacked?
2)Capture Nobleman: reward should be a tad higher, right now, it is a pain finding and capturing alive that noble
3)Supply missions: i don't find them unbalanced. Often the noble will tell you to fetch some crappy items, making the reward very, very low... just once i have been asked to fetch six war horses, and i'm still on it since their very high price. I think this kind of quest needs careful tweaking... more money for crappy items, and perhaps a little less money for more costly items. I mean... if i have to find 3 items wich costs, let's say, 300gp each, the gain will be VERY low. On the other hand, i think that fetching 6 war horses will bring me some serious money... and perhaps it could be lowered a bit.
4)Train XYZ: reward should definitely be higher... those units are needed by the player, and training a knight isn't really simple
5)Fetch prisoners: as above, reward should be higher, depending on the type of prisoner of course.
My suggestion, here, is to make missions, both given by merchants and by nobles, get more complicated (but more rewarding of course) as the player goes up with rank and level. Right now, the quests seems to be quite random... tieing them to character level could be a way to give most difficult and rewarding mission only to high level characters.
Just my thought
