I have some small issues.

First: I like to fight from horseback, but some times I just run into 10000 battles in a row, where the terrain is full of hills and mountains, or rivers/lakes.

Some issues:
-Make the terrain vary. Green / yellow = plain. Dark green / dark yellow = hills. Grey = mountains. Possibility for rivers and lakes all over the place. (I like the snow btw). This way one can see whether or not I should enter combat in this terrain.

-Make it possible to "drown" (if you are knocked to the ground when in water, your armor might keep you under the water and you pass out).
- Also: You should be knocked to the ground (without dying of course9 more often. Being hit with a club / hitting another guy with a sledgehammer should not bring the reaction "aargh, die!" but rather "aar man, that hurt... I will lie down for a bit, then get up and fight on". This woul make it easier to defend yourselves against 3-4 foes, if you knock two to the ground and finish the other two off before the first gets back up.

-When I hit a guy approaching me with an arrow, he should take some pain along with the damage = he should run slower for instance.

-Shields are too powerful. You should be able to take out a man carrying a shield with arrows - especially if the shield is rather small.

I don't know if this has been up before, although I hope you won't ban me if it has (the forum is very full - I don't have time to check everything before posting).

Thraundil,

Noone is going to ban you for posting things that have been mentioned before!

However, the thread might be closed and you might be directed to use the search function, asked to glance through Ingolif's common suggestion guide at the top of the page (stickied), and politely asked to use more descriptive titles for your threads..

All of these suggestions have been suggested before, I do believe. :(

Other than a select few, the M&B community is rather well behaved, by the way. No need to worry about being banned unless you are doing the same thing repeatedly after being asked to stop. Or unless you lose it and just go on a flame/spam spree. Or if ...

Hehe ...
