1. why cant i hit any troops, i do about 0 - 10 damage to troops if i hit them and there are some troops like sharpshooters that i cant hit at all.
2. i cant damage lords not matter what
3. Are horses soppoused to be so powerful?

so
about the horses it's good cause it's more realistic this way 't and they can'nt kill just make your enmey uncociuos and that way take
them as a prisoner
and it si fair because there's the spear brace and when you'll fight against strong enemy he kill your horse easly
about hit those with the strong armor i have the same problem
but if you get a bit far from them you will be able to hit them but it's very hard

1. Lack of equipment (****ty bow?), you're a bad player, etc. There could be a lot of reasons
And for the damage: Try looking for the good arrows. If you haven't noticed yet: since .58 the real damage comes from the arrows.
And Power Draw affects damage as well (as said in the skill description).

2. See above. Get better equipment, higher Power Strike or a big enough army kicking everyone's ass for you.

3. Yes.

i don't think so
cause somtimes while you're bsieging a castle\twon
you gotta fight otherwise the enemy archer will done with you
then you climb and fight but you approch to hit an enemy and you hear somenoise and 0 ****ing damage
and i dont care how good do i play it's bad it's hard and especial irritating well maybe not that irritating and hard
i think it's a bug

He was asking why he wouldn't hit.
And it was more of a joke, but sure.. I should have known. Withput a ****load of smileys only a minority will get it.

As for the 0 damage thing. Quite some time ago, someone reportetd something like this while standing on uneven ground.
AFAIK there isn't that much you can do. AFAIK it's a native thing. (and it only seems to affect a very small group of players)

About the zero damage... people also seem to keep forgetting that which part of your weapon you hit your enemies with affect the amount of damage too. If you swing a sword, hitting with the tip end will inflict more damage than if you hit nearer to the hilt. As such, a very long weapon reach isn't necessarily good if you're in very close combat. Judge your distance well.

edit: Or are you talking about bows? I may have misunderstood the question.

im talkin about swords

If you fight heavy armored units, swords don't work wery well.

Try weapon thats deal piercing or bash damage - morningstar or military hammer.
You can trash paladins in no time, just hit and dont allow him to hit you

Fighting is a simple thing, hit harder and move faster

is there any way to make peace with the dark night? they never at their castle or town

No.

As for the damage: also remember to be careful where you hit. Almost all your enemies will be most heavily armoured at the torso, so aim for hitting the head or the legs with your slashes. Lightly armoured opponents will go down with ease to a proper sword slash, medium armoured will be taken down easily with a blunt smash or a stab, and heavily armoured generally require a crossbow, a stab, or a lance; blunt will also do the trick with them. Lastly, slash carefully; using a great sword while you're 20 centimeters away from your target will be much less effective than a seax knife at the same range - but if you have that seax knife at a meter away, and the great sword, you'll probably instantly kill your opponent with the great sword, but the seax knife will have a major disadvantage.
