**I know the forum rules say don't put multiple suggestions in one post, but the below are such small things that don't really bear discussion that I thought I'd chance it. Perhaps there should be another board or just a stickied thread for small suggestions.
If you think this is a violation of the spirit of the board, I apologize and am entirely prepared to live with your decision. I'd just like to contribute to the discussion. These are features that I'd very much like to see in a patch.
Most of the material here was previously posted in The Warlord's Den under the title "I wish and doesn't it make sense really..." which can be found here

The first suggestions are my own. I've adopted and paraphrased some from another author and will give credit. The text and links to the author's profiles can be found in the original thread.
Please, feel free to remove this portion of the post or leave it if you prefer.**
I wish and doesn't it make sense really...
that rushing to the rescue of village farmers improved your relationship with the village instead of with the kingdom. Attacking village farmers hurts your relationship with the village, why doesn't helping them improve it?
that just coming back repeatedly to ask the Village Elder if he needs anything was enough to give a little bump to your relationship with the village. He's not our hero, but we know him and he's looking out for us.
that you could get Destroy the Bandit Hideout quests from Guildmasters. The town merchants want to see them destroyed too.
that you could destroy bandit groups and then go to the Guildmaster and see if there was a bounty on them. Hunting for individual groups is tedious, but frequently, you destroy whole bunches of them at the same time. Wouldn't it be nice to be rewarded?
that wiping out large groups of bandits near a city improved your relationship with that city, bounty or no. Surely, people notice when you walk into an area and suddenly 300+ bandits go missing.
that the Traveler could tell you where Ransom Brokers and Book Merchants were and possibly the stock of weapons, armor, horses, and bargain trade goods in other cities. It makes as much sense as him knowing where all sixteen companions are, and it would be convenient.
that you could commission weapons and armor that you wanted instead of wandering around hopelessly looking for them. This one gets a big reaction. You never seem to have Lordly Plate Armor and the money to buy it at the same time.
that the Rhodok Lords and Swadian Lords had different titles. It's just confusing. Baron, Duke, there are lots of choices.
that when you host a feast, the participants would rotate so you could see them all in the throne room. It's a small enough relationship bonus. It would be nice if you could get it for all Lords present.
that there was a faster way to move large numbers of troops back and forth between garrison and party. Clicking one button 150 or more times is mind-numbing, and it shouldn't be necessary.

that when a Ransom Broker visits a town you control, all the prisoners in your dungeon would automatically get sold and the money added to your treasury, instead of having to go back and forth to the tavern. Especially for people with a small Prisoner Management skill, this gets really tedious.
that your in-game wife could locate Lords like she could before you married her. Why would she lose this ability when you marry her?
that you could change the order the units in a castle or town's garrison by moving them up and down just like you can in your own party.
