Master Knight
Alright, this is another one of those "Help I can't find a game I like!" But I am in need of Taleworlds superior knowledge. I have found no games that I could see me getting in to.
I like:

RPG
STRATEGY
RTS
WWII
ACTION/RPG

I can't find any games that really suit my interests considering these are basically most types of games.
I can't stand normal FPS or ACTION unless their is some sort or RPG element.

Deus Ex
Arcanum
Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance (SupCom 2 never happened)
Sword of the Stars
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
Might and Magic 6/7/8

It would help if you could name some games and what you liked/disliked about them. Something like 'Homeworld, but able to control single ships from the cockpit/flight deck', 'Max Payne without Bullet Time', etc.

These are mighty fine.

And Kronic mentioning Might and Magic reminded me of HoMM. So if you don't mind the awesome 2d graphics: Heroes of Might and Magic II - IV
Or Kohan.

Call of Cthulu: Dark Corners of the Earth, not exactly RPG elements. But is kind of unique

Oh lol  that didn't come to mind
While we are at, post-apocaliptic-RPG-FPS-action games why not also try borderlands? never tried it but looks promising

Why not try Fallout 3?

I have that plus Oblivion.

I liked games like Company of Heroes for the WWII fell plus the destructible enviroment. I also love racing games with loads of destruction like motorstorm.

I like games put you as a leader of a small village or town in which you have to fend off enemies while trying to grow, but something a bit easier than King of Dragon Pass.

First off, those are great games. Fallout 3, and Company of Heroes are 2 of my most-played games that I keep coming back to and never get bored of. Before you get a new game, let me ask you: Have you tried mods? I find mods always add an extraordinary amount of replay value to most games. I have at least 30 mods for Fallout 3 currently, and there's thousands out there. As for company of Heroes, look for Eastern Front (Which adds Russians), and Blitzkrieg (Which adds new units, abilities, maps, etc. and just expands upon the game in general as well as updating graphics a bit).

Stronghold and Black and White come to mind, but I haven't played either so I can't say for sure.

Jagged Alliance 2 has plenty of strategy and RPG elements. Fallout 1 and 2 are great RPGs, excellent stories (1 in particular). You might also enjoy Soldiers: Heroes of World War II and its successors (Faces of War, Men of War).

Silent Storm might appeal if you can track it down.

Men of War, Sword of the Stars and Borderlands are on sale on Steam at the minute. You might also want to try Space Rangers 2, UFO Afterlight, 9th Company : Roots of Terror, Gothic, The Witcher, A Farewell to Dragons, King's Bounty and Jagged Alliance 2, also on Steam and on sale.

Assassin's Creed (especially the sequal). It's the greatest game I've ever played, I assure you. Plus it's somewhat RPG oriented.
