I found a couple already...
When Marnid wears the padded cloth, his arm mysteriously migrates to the top of his head. It doesn't seem to make any difference to gameplay, just looks wierd. And when I tell him to meet me at the 4 ways, the game crashes.

Edit: It also crashed when I completed the raise troops mission in sargoth.

Some bugs I found:

- In training, I got the staff in almost all fights (I got the sword and shield twice). I think its a bug, if is not just a coincidence.

- The door next to the training guy (labeled "Passage") leads to the inn.
 
The armorer in zendar is a little misplaced to the right, and many other merchants are misplaced
 
Hey the new chargers look GREAT!!!! And foes seems to be much more cunning now in the battlefields!! Thumbs up! You raised some weapon damage and that's good too! I'm happy!!

Also about bugs, some things I've found:

1- Enemy groups still keep dropping the same amount of money as before, so it's quite ridicolous to sell a prisoner for 10 denars, when dispatching just a group of 4 river pirates grants you 40 denars.

2-Gloves price is too high if compared to the other things. I mean, they cost 300-600 denars wich is the base cost of a chain mail or lamellar armor...

3- Bardiche, double axe and great axe now deal all 39,39,40 base damage, meaning there's no technical difference between them, they're all just the same. Is this intentional?

4- Maces and mauls damage is still tooooo low.

5- When you free Borcha, the dialogue line that says roughly "keep cool and don't try to backstab us [set him free]" and then you add him to your party, is too long and doesn't fit in the gump.

6- Everytime you talk to an NPC in the adventuring map, their background becames silly and star swindling-bugging-white things not good. Bad.

7-The graphical arm bug lies in the padded cloth, you can see it even on yourself. Also, whenever there's a padded cloth in the battlefield the waiting screen takes much longer to load.

8- Snowy terrains are beautiful, but you can't read any text, or report, because it's white/light green/yellow on white. They're illegible.

9- In the Zendar Tavern chest you find an high level equipment for free! (coat of plates, viking helm, sword and kite shield +arrows and darts).

10- You start with far too much money. You changed the money system, but starting money is the same as before, meaning 10x. At least for the male squire (wich starts with 400 denars).

11- Borcha is out of his prison and near the Rivacheg's count when you encounter him.

12- All city names are minuscular (is this the right word?). I mean rivacheg not Rivacheg.

13- I've noticed too that in the training 70% of times I'm armed with the staff, the rest of times with sword and shield. After 18 battles I used 2hSword just once.
 
when you run into water on the traveling screen, you dont bounce off anymore, you just run in place
 
Ah, silly me for not remembering the existence of the bug reports forum. Well, I suppose that says something about the game.

Anyhow this popped up when asking king wossname in Sargoth about my mission to raise x swadian militias. I think I didn't have them then, but I'm not quite sure.

I just encountered the same bug, and posted a thread on it, before this thread was moved to bug reports and this post could come up. I had the same "RGL Error" with a quest for sumpter horses, but with an opcode of 20033; some admin might want to lock the other thread, I suppose.

(I'm just a new poster and long-standing lurker, hit by synchronization problems... Please don't flame me. :???:)
 
All NPCs in inside areas seem to have their location changed (maybe randomised?), and that would explain Borcha's apparent escape.

I got that also. But it was the king in Revaydin. I was asked to get 5 footmen. When I came to transfer them that same message popped up.
 
v.7 crashes all the time when I met another party on the map.

The NPC places are shifted so you don't have to walk every time (it's boring) and can talk to them at once.


BUT: One serious problem with the battle terrains! For the last 3 battles in succession I always started in impossible to play situation. At first all my troops started on the bottom of large rocky well and THERE WAS NO WAY TO GET OUT. So the only way to proceed (besides Alt-F4) was to wait patiently until some enemy archer comes near and kill me. Meanwhile I had 2 xbowmen with me, but they just stood as near as possible to the wall of the well and couldn't see anything (and couldn't shoot) from their places. And the well was small enough the command "follow me" not to move them.
At the next 2 battles I always started on the bottom of similar wells again, but this time there were narrow ridges leading outside. But from all the troops just 1-2 horsemen succeeded to find the way out regardless of the command. All the other just stood motionlessly near some wall.

They usually just stay motionlessly as near as possible the closest to the enemy wall regardsless of the commands.
 
The storage chest contains lot's of stuff, think they forgot to remove it before releasing the patch.
The merchants spawn locations is right where you enter the store, they need to be moved a little further back into the room i think
