Resolved Some bearded NPCs lack beards in their thumbnail portraits

Summary: When looking at an NPC portrait, either in settlements or the encyclopedia, it might not have a beard, while the NPC itself does.
How to Reproduce: Click on male beardless NPC portraits in the encyclopedia, or right-click on portraits in settlements, until you find one that actualy has a beard.
