Solved : My mistake 100% DedicatedCustomServerHelper modules was in my steam launching option.
Idea : Add "check that your launching option in steam are blank" to the "Clean Install" copy and paste
Summary: Cannot access the matchmaking, official servers, create or join party
Concerning party, when I try to join / somebody invited me, I got two scenarios.
Either the game say that I cannot do that while having mods, either say I cannot do that without anticheat running.
I try to reinstall BattleEye using Bannerlord installers and to reboot several times. BEService is running good, looking at windows task manager.
I try to make a clean reinstallation of the game (two) deleting all folders
How to Reproduce: Start the game and try to play normal
