[Solved] Bugs, bugs and bugs during first five minutes (v0.611)

Hello,

Here are some of the weird stuff that happened during the first five minutes I played:
"ERROR: Not enough banners for Heroes" 6 or 7 times.
Sometimes: get_object failed for mesh: map_flag_m02 (and map_flag_m03 too) spamming
Levelling up straight to random high-level (25, or 31...) at character creation (after choosing your background).
During first ambush, I am attacked by some kind of bandit (nothing unusual), then by a naked Novice Fighter. If I kill the Novice fighter, nothing happens, I have to kill the game's process.
If I get knocked out, the Merchant is quite exotic. Sometimes his name is a piece of code, once it was someone named Zeladek with a shiny armour, or Centurion octavius (less shiny armour though)...
First town has no garrison.
In village menu, both "Meet the village Elder" on top of all options and an unclickable grey "You have not met the village elder yet".

I think it could be the download, but I wanted to be sure before downloading it again.
Anyone has an idea of what may be going on?
(Related to the download, could someone get me a MD5 hash of the archive please?)

I`m 99% sure it`s either the download being corrupted or error during patch installation.
