[SOLVED] Adding special characters to MP names?

So I've been seeing people with special characters in their names, like *, - and spaces. I remember asking about this in-game a while ago, but I forget how to do it. I remember something about going to MP characters in your files and messing with stuff, but I don't remember the specific. Could someone please help me? Thanks!
