So why can't everyone have custom servers?

Maybe I've missed something obvious, but this all seems very silly to me. Why should every time zone have to put together a petition begging Taleworlds for the same thing?

I'm not meaning to rag on the petitioners, it's cool to see the solidarity.

on the premise that taleworld is not intended to be open to every player, the community should stand up and do something for the players, as well as for the community's activity and the bannerlord.

u know my mean:smile:

Yes, custom servers will support MP modding at release.
That's fantastic news, thanks. Is there anywhere that documents/talks about what the expected functionality of the finished custom servers will look like?

Mostly I'm just looking for info on whether custom servers will be able to:

1) Switch game modes without needing to restart (important for campaign-type servers where you want to go between battles/sieges)

2) Download custom scenes without needing a mod as long as the scene is just using native assets

3) give admins the ability to kick, ban, mute, implement class limits

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere already.

hello Callum I've heard that a console release is programed in the future, will it have Crossplay? if not, please consider it, I'm looking forward to play with my friends that don't have a pc, besides I think it would spark a big popularity of the game

regards
