So this is what we got in 2nd Anniversary: nothing

Yes, I know about the prize giveaway, but for most people who didn't win, it was nothing.
Maybe it is time for TW to give us some real "prize", like your update plan, or a stop-updating announcement to end this community communication nightmare.
By the way, I still see many new adult male nobles wearing female clothing. This bug has been reported many times since the game was released and has never been fixed. Sure you are doing a great job of fooling us, Taleworlds.

They promised an update so we just have to wait for the anniversary day

Not sure if your just venting or you might be interested in a solution for male nobles... but, I stumbled onto a workaround for that. On Nexus there is a mod: Character Reload Fix for e(1.7.X - 1.9.0) v(1.0.X-1.2.10) https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/3700

You can edit, I think, every character in the game. Yesterday I was playing and I saw a cross dressing male and just edited his inventory. Problem solved. The mod allows you to edit a lot the only drawback is it clutters up the UI a bit.

The reason I mentioned the example of male nobles is because it reflects TW's attitude on community communication.
Funny thing is because they ignored this issue for years, some people even thought that this bug was intentional by TW because of the influence of the LGBT agenda.

TBH I thought the same.

Yeah, to be honest male nobles dressing up as females might not be a bug. There were IRL medieval nobles who liked to dabble in feminine attire. Those "flamboyant" armor guys.

But when.. it's been like, what, 2 years since any substantial update... and almost 0 communication with the playerbase.
Most of the game dev companies in steam are permanently keeping in touch with the players - letting them know what is happening...

This post is unbelievably petty. Most developers do not do anything for the 2nd anniversary of a game release other than a twitter post mentioning it.

If you want to complain about the lack of updates, complain about the lack of updates instead of whatever this is supposed to be.

Aren't most games normally finished by the second anniversary

Most? No.
Maybe im just old fashioned when it comes to games but this is the first time I have purchased an unfinished game. I would not have purchased it if I knew it was missing features it had promised ages ago and I am seeing now that the gaming community is either fine with it or doesn’t care that much because it’s a thing now

It's missing features that people asked for ages ago, most features that were promised by the developers are in the game. In the past if a game wasn't finished by the time it released that was it, patches were an extremely uncommon thing post launch. Today, you'll still find plenty of games that are released and don't get "finished" for years, that is if by "finished" you mean there are no game breaking bugs and all features that were promised are in the game.

What you're seeing on the forums is what happens when a developer doesn't talk to their community and can't make up their mind about wether they want to incorporate community suggestions or want to simply follow their own vision and leave it at that.

And that my good sir is my gripe with this scenario. Tbh the only games that I could say might fit in the category of “unfinished” would be the first ever Assasins Creed, and Skyrim and even then the game wasn’t lacking feature's it would crash and I could return to where I was right before the crash. I wont lie ,these recent patches have helped, but why must we the consumer play this whacky guessing game of whether or not they are done. They would still make sales with all these new players and old players who are content. If they gave bannerlord graphics to the older games that would probably shut alot of us up because apparently with the vikings game their diplomacy is pretty ok. This is word of mouth of course I'm on console and I feel like if I had a PC I would probably complain about the hot fixes more-so than them actually finishing it.
