It needs to be "finished".The game needs new content, that would bring some of the older modders back and we might see some updates.

Seems like most mods that worked on 1.0 worked up to 1.0.2 or 1.0.3 but many needed new versions for 1.1.0.But I guess a small bugfix here and there won´t break most mods or? Adding / changing whole features should have more impact on mods?!
If TaleWorlds have such "disdain" for their modding community, then why did they make their game moddable? The modders most likely grew sick and tired of the constant breaking and having to patch it up, or just sick of the game going out of its way to break them (-cough-ladder mod -cough-). I would abandon projects for this game too, if I were treated with the same level of apparent disdain TW has for the modding community. lol

Nah, he does not have a point. Just more whining. And no I will not go digging around for games to make some half arsed point. My point still stands firmly and with shield and sword in hand: TaleWorlds could have skipped out entirely on making the game moddable, they did not.he has a point though..
can you name another game besides this one that is not in beta that breaks mods on a monthly basis with every patch?

Minecraft mods and texture packs in a nutshellMods die out because it is so frustrating to constantly update them to newer versions of Bannerlord. At least with Warband there was one game-breaking update to it (the Invasion update of 2016, at least for MP projects) and that was it. Bannerlord being a more difficult game to mod takes its toll on its modders, with its constant updates discouraging any effort.
That is right. What is funny is that when Discord goes down, all information on there will be lost and irrecoverable.while once it was ALL here on the forum and it was more easy to know and have them at hand

A lot of PC games have restricted modding and sell like hotcakes, what the heck are you talking about? Not if they wanted the game to sell to their pc base first. That would have been an immediate no-deal for many many pc users which would have outright murdered their Base. So no, just saying “ well they could have just sold us a text adventure if they really wanted to..” is a ridiculous point not worthy of anything

...Well that's sadly appened to mbrepository too, and that was expected to be the safest place were to place old mods at the time, and now it's disappear, with more than a decade of message and useful infos from users and modders...That is right. Nope, TW needs mods for the "long game". Do you think that Warband would be as "famous" as it is without mods?Nah, he does not have a point. Just more whining. We use mods at own risk though. With any game out there that still recieve patches and updates you will have the risk of mods stop function as they should.
