Knight at Arms

Hello everyone!
I was wondering if it is only me or the game lacks a huge amount of quests? Maybe I'm on the bad luck and keep getting one and the same quests over and over and over again?
Basically, what I get constantly are the following quests:
Villages: Family feud, Bring daughter back, Deliver Sheeps, Train troops (only 10 days for this? Really?) and Landlord wants to get an access blah-blah. (5 quests)
Cities: Overpriced raw materials, can't sell goods at the city, rivalry gang, bounty hunters, army of Poachers, Stolen goods, bring X amount of weapon (which is quite buggy and doesnt worth a shot at the moment). (7 quests)
Lords: Company of Trouble and give troops for garrison. Once (only once) I was given a quest to capture and deliver a lord to his rival lord. (3 quests)
So, basically, I was able to find about 16 quests. This is quite sad for the game that aimed at the long-term walkthrough. Quests become repetitive way too much fast. So, my first question is: are there any other quests?
And the second question is quite simple: do these quests change anything? Do they affect the village/city economy, for example, do they change anything at all? I've read in the Dev blogs that these quests should have some impact on the game world, but for now if there is any influence- it is either barely noticable or does not exist at all.
