Snow In the East
WW2 Eastern Front mod for Mount&Blade Warband

This year is 1941, the Nazis has occupied almost all countries across the Western Europe, only Britain was still fighting against Nazis. The defeat of the British air war has smashed the Nazi invasion of Britain. Therefore, the Nazis decided to occupy the land in the East and use the resources there to fight against the Anglo-American Chamber. At this time, the Soviet Union had just recovered from the shadow of the anti-rebel movement, and implemented a five-year plan to develop heavy industry. Can the Soviet Union resist the Nazi’s horrible invasion and protect human peace?

This mod aims to reproduce the unprecedented decisive battle in the history of mankind, including the all-round war experience of land, sea and air. We can hope that players can enjoy the experience of the game.

WW2 mods have a hard time of it, I have seen many efforts, but the only one to produce a single player experience was China Battlefield. Regardless, I wish the best of luck. You certainly have my interest.

There are currently a lot of unused WW2 era assets floating around, the silver lining is many are up for grabs!

Here is the Battle for Yugoslavia OSP: https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,363773.0.html

Aside from the previously mentioned China Battlefield, you might also see fit to ask the authors of the following mods: Finland at WW2 (this one is particularly relevant), Festung Breslau, Red and Blue, and there may even be some passable assets in the Red Wars. Of course if you wish to go it your own, all the more good wishes!

The choice of using Fire and Sword as a base is interesting, but certainly not a bad idea at all; you've already got a relevant world map to work with. Maybe a change in game will be just the ticket for a completed WW2 mod.

Thanks

By the way, your avatar is quite interesting.

I can see by the mod credits he used the OSP already

Good luck, I hope we get some more written information and screenshots soon!

Great. I'm definitely interested in the single player WW2 version of WFaS. Please keep us updated on your progress. Best of luck.

PS if you need any tweaks to the WFaS world map or different animated map icons, I'd be happy to help.
Thank you very much!
