Smithing: The same material same name bug??

Hi guys im playing a role play here about legendary smithing and I don't know if its bug or its intended to be so but every time I forge a weapon and name it for example legendary sword every time make one of it with the same material even though I change it when I look it on the inventory the name that I give for that sword first (crapsword) still showing (sorry my english is all over the place not my first language) I mean its not that big deal but if your high level smith some of your work have + and its hard to find your sword that have + on it if they have the same name they stack each other if you create alot of it
