In Progress Smithing Recipe resets after each build

When you build something it resets to the basic build when you enter smithy. so it resets after each build making practicing smithing take forever.

im experiencing this aswell basicly crafting in current build is dead, no way im selecting scrolling.........selecting....scrolling through tens of pieces only to click that again and repeat , this is tottaly unnaceptable , was working fine pre 1.6.0

how the heck did this went through its infuriating !, very dissapointing.

Cough cough..

When you have a recipe you like -> ctrl + c to copy it, then on the next build hit ctrl + v and it will set it to the build you wish.
Note that yes you have to do this for every item you craft which is tedious to say the least.
But its abit easier.

Also there is a new icon on top of the tier, so you can atleast pick from the items you've unlocked instead of scrolling through hundreds of items etc.

But yah if you are in the mood to craft the cut'n'paste is your friend

You forgot to mention that you cannot save any crafted weapon name. If you craft any weapon via free build, that weapon receives a general name, like "crafted javelin", or, "crafted one-handed sword", etc. Also, prior to this patch, you where can view the name of the blade, spear, etc when you placed the mouse pointer in a box picture with that blade, etc. Now, you cannot.

Any idea for a hotfix, constantly pressing ctrl V is annoying
