Resolved Smithing perk error ?

Hi evryone,
I was wondering if this was a bug or not. When I reach the last smithing perk (having a chance to creat a legendary weapon), after a while, a new perk appear related to engineer perks ... The screenshot will show you.

It happened to me too, but it looks like a display bug as last time i checked with character export, my main hero that learn legendary smith still have it, even once i learned the new perk ... I don't know what the bug is exactly but this new perk looks really out of the topic anyway as it gives buffs to engineering ...

I guess crafting will be the next skill in the tree to be reworked anyway.
