I'd say that many of the buildings are not needed for now. Currently Previous version I mean (since I haven't played for a while...), the gameplay is focused outside buildings, and not inside, so the buildings -although they look great- will function in the same manner as the current buildings..
 
Man the buildings look so damn awesome.
I think this could give the mod a great deal of personality, so if you want my opinion, go ahead and add them. Those buildings are the best I've seen so far. I mean the first photo, wow, looks like a building from another ultra-game-engine.

EDIT: I suggest the building in the 4th Photo gets used as a library type where the chests for weapons are stored. You could have two guards standing there or such :razz:
 
I also think that these buildings are very awesome. It gives another feeling in the town. If you alway have the same buildings like sarranid houses or so it would be very very boring. I think you should implement these because the graphics are also very interesting. And maybe there can be fights in some houses so the scenery is not only the town and the ways through it. I think after a time the fights how they are atm they will be quite boring. But I also hope to read some other opinions for this idea.

If you introduce this kind of stuff, people will get curious and will give the mod a try. When they see the new buildings, the scene features and the rest of stuff Patta will throw at us in the next versions, they'll just love it, I tell you.

Maybe you can add this? Just normal buildings, but they look way more polished. It will look better when used with the new buildings too.

This pack is really big, too big to be included in AH I think. Also, those who want the pack can still download it and should be able to install it for Assassin Hunt.
 
i thing new play mod. in dark town every one go to their hause, guards are patrolin and shadow assasins hunt them.
patroling: put alots of item on map and guards look for them, when they find they go to their base. with this eran guard will split off. they have very shiny thorches which let them see shadow a. in close range.

shadow assasin: it is easy. you use 'lost souls' file and make assasins half invisible. they have low heal but strong mele atack (1 hit KO). they avoid take hit and assasinate guards furam back.

purpose: to make a thriller mod  :smile:
this isnt too diffucult because you make dark town, use file of Steal the Document for patroling, use file of lost souls for assasins and make torchs
 
Erh, I'm having trouble to understand what you are sayin, besides I'm not sure Patta will agree with what you are saying; the purpose is not to make a thriller mod, that has already been discussed I think. Anyways, it doesn't seem easy to script...
 
It would be relatively easy to do, as he said, we already have the possibility to make dark maps (see hunt mod), Torches with Light 8Hunt mod too), guards patrolling (Well, depends on the palyers), and half visible people (Ghosts in Race Wars Bloodshed)

But I won't be doing it, this is, if I understand it right, what the guy from "Cloak and Dagger" wants to do (if he is still active, I don't htink he is)
