Small sheilds

I'd like to see cheap small light shields. Make them weight 1 pound, give them an endurance of like, 100, tops. Maybe increase the weight of normal shields (2 pounds right now) and/or have stronger shields weigh a slight bit more. 800 endurance steel shield weighs the same as a 250 nomad shield?

Like a buckler or a couple of wooden planks strapped together?

Yeah, I've been playing this fast footman, 2 handed blade, and it's nice to carry a shield to keep arrows off. However, I don't want a full time shield. Just protection against stray arrows.

::edit:: Like I edited above, to make this really feasible you have to vary the weight of shields in general. Otherwise, why not just use the 800 steel shield?

Last time i checked, the steel shield weighs 4 kilos, with most wedge shaped shields weighing 3 kilos and the round shields weighing 2 kilos.
