small serial key problem

ok i emailed esellerate to copy my email been about 3 days how long do you half to wait to get your email copied and sent to your current email also what if that current email has already deleted the serial key in it do i get one resent or do i half to buy another i would love to get a anwsear asap been working at this serial code problem for weeks

1. So you deleted your previous email address, is there anyway eSellerate could verify that you are the same person that bought the serial key, like a receipt number?

dont have it written down and the reciept i never printed or anything so im kinda in a pickle here
