Small Request for Sturgia

Recruit
A thing that irritates me a little bit about Sturgian villages is that there are so few villages where you can recruit normal units. Way too many villages give only the noble line, and way too many also give a lot of useless horse raiders. Villages on the outskirts of Sturgia have very few normal units to recruit, making it very difficult to resupply on normal units in a campaign. Playing Sturgia usually means you use tons of infantry, and very few cavalry, so it is very important to be able to maintain a large supply. I also think that noble units are supposed to be special, and Sturgian noble units are cool, but not really that unique. I wish there was a noble infantry with a two handed axe, a shield, and javelins, as this seems more Sturgian and epic. I know these are not very important suggestions, but the first one seems (according to someone who knows nothing about this type of stuff) like a very small change to make, and the second one is a very popular and much-requested idea. Thanks!

I haven't played recently, but i never noticed that issue. You can change the spawn rates if you want, refer to my answer to that post. The sturgian noble line also works pretty well if dismounted, i usually treat them as manuverable heavy inf., just position them and dismount with F5.

Villages bound to castles give nobles and villages bound to towns give regular troops. Try to focus recruting in towns and their villages i guess

Sturgeon towns mostly have 2 villages, they are on top of the weakest combat faction, the weakest economically as well. To your point though less villages means less recruitment

I don't think he ever asked for less villages, just more regular troops and less noble recruits.

The point is that non-noble troops come from towns and town bound villages. Since most Sturgian towns have only two villages, this leads to less available non-noble troops. This is especially felt in the war torn area between Varcheg and Omor. There are 4 Sturgian castles around here (including nevyansk, kranirog, Mazhadan, and ov), but only Varcheg and Omor with two villages each. And going towards Balgard you reach Takor castle villlages before Balgard villages. And Revyl is far away.

You can dismount the Cavalry units and use them as infantry, it's actually pretty good to move them to a good position faster and then dismount them.

Yeah I think everyone wanted something like this and is surprised no such thing exists.

Why are you arguing with me about it? All I said is that kyle needs to work on his reading skills...

He is arguing because you don't understand my point which is that sturgia has less villages so less recruits. I did not suggest the op wanted less villages. You my friend are illiterate

Did you actually read what I wrote? Let me rephrase it. The op did not argue about reducing villages he's only talking about ratios of noble to common troops. You started on about Sturgia should not have villages reduced. He never said anything about that. That was my whole point so it actually seems like you should go back and re-read what the op said and what I said before you come at me with an attitude.
