Small Official Module System issue

I've just discovered today that scripts (i.e. contents of module_scripts) don't preserve register state from the calling block of code -- which is a bit misleading given that the OMS gives C-style functions as an analogy for scripts in module_scripts.py' header comment block. A warning about this problem in future versions would remove a very large possible gotcha from the process of learning the OMS.

I thought it was just a python string interperted by the engine at runtime.
