Small lord parties?

So the story starts like this. I tried to tweak this mod a little with tweakMB. It messed up the game, so I quickly restored all the original files and everything seemed to be working fine. But I noticed after playing for a while that all the sarranid lords that I'm killing have REALLY small parties. like 33 units. I also saw some rhodok lords with small parties too. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, because I haven't checked out all the lords, only the sarranids and the odd rhodoks, but all of them have really small parties, even the rulers!

Did I mess something up? if so, what do I do?

edit: just found a sarranid lord with 89 men, i will perform some more testing.

Reinstall the mod/etc... then wait a bit for the troops to fill back up to the party size cap.
