Slow frames when opening up menus of any kind whether in town, cities, trading etc.

What do I do to fix it? It's not my rig, it has a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti and an Intel i7-97000K @ 3.60Hz CPU, with 16.0GB RAM. I am confused on how this rig which is definitely not a potato is struggling with keeping a constant frame rate in this game. (Yes I do know it's early access, I haven't played it in 6 months, if this a know issue then tell me to shut up.)

It's fixed in 1.6.0 beta branch. Just go to steam > right click bannerlord > properties > betas
