In Progress Slaughtering All is Not an Option

Just a minor problem, here.
The tooltip says "Hold [Control] to do all" but when I do that it only slaughters 1 at a time.

I have sometimes seen this behavior on the Trading screen on regular goods as well, but I don't remember particulars and haven't documented it.

To reproduce:
Buy a group of Cows, Sheep, or Pigs so that they go into inventory.
Outside of a settlement Trade screen, call up your inventory and attempt to butcher all the animals in one click.

CPU: i7-490K
GPU: MSI GTX 960 2GB
RAM: 16GB
OS: Win 10 Home
HDD: 2TB Toshiba
