In Progress Skirmish matchmaking queue is not working properly since update 1.7.0

Summary:Since the update hit there is something that went terribly wrong with the queue for skirmish. I can't get any matches I get 1 match an hour during peak times around 20:00 CET which isn't normal. This issue must be taken into account because it's killing off the game mode.
How to Reproduce: You search for skirmish from 15:00 to 23:00(usually when there is 50-60 people playing and like 4-5 matches running) and you get like 1 match an hour. Also if a game is running and it's like 3v3 warm up phase people still don't join even though they are searching for 30+ minutes I tested it with friends.Like I get a game and my friend who solo queue doesn't get a game when they search for 30+ minutes before me.
