Skins and face creation

Is it possible to make your own skins for faces in M&B? I think they did it in the Last Days mod, and I'd like to take a photo of a friend and stick his face in the game.

If you're just doing it for a lark, you could just retexture one of the existing faces.

They're in M&B\Textures\manface_xxxx.dds.

You'll need a program that can import and export dds. Photoshop can do it with a plugin.
