Summary: Skill gain tooltip for heroes on the battle scoreboard can appear while the stats of the party which the hero is part of is minimized.

How to Reproduce:
1) Let a hero gain any skill point in the battle.
2) On the scoreboard, minimize the party which is the hero is part of.
3) Put the cursor where the skill gain icon for that hero last appeared.
