Resolved skill: Crossbow cavalry

The perk "crossbow cavarly" witch allow to reload crossbow on horseback doesn't works...(It's very frustrating...crossbow are very expensive and this perk is needed for my late game planned build...)

Most all perks are broken, they are in the known bugs/issues list. If you actually test the others you will find very few work.
