Single player mission:"Resolve dispute between two lord

I start my own kingdom by taking Suno from Swadia. Then after some time, i ask my minister what can i do to increase unity of the realm, he told me to resolve the conflict between lord Flagus and Rafarch. Here are the problems

1st, They are not on my side
2nd, When i sign a truce, i talk to them in private, lord Flagus has confict with lord Plais while lord Rafarch has conflict with 2 other lord and non of them is lord Flagus. So what is wrong??
3rd, i want to strengthen my realm unity, not Swadia. So i must said that my Minister is doing a lousy job. And he doesn't even come from Swadia.

IF this is a mistake while making the game, i hope the new patch can fix them, and some how i feel like more are to come.

if you resolve the dispute I believe you gain right to rule, not sure though. But you do gain more relation, and they'd be more inclined to join your kingdom.

Just be aware, for 1.105 version, there is a Bug where only the first 'Resolve Conflict' works properly.  From that point on, the Dialog to actually talk to the Lords about any future Resolve Conflict quests is missing, so you'll fail the quest and lose a few precious RtR points.

Edit:  And yes, as the previous poster says, for a successful completion of the Quest, you get both RtR points and Relationship points with the two Lords.  It's a SWEET Quest, just wish it worked properly now.

I guessed that my relation with them will improve, that's why i tried to talk to them only to discovered that they don't hate each other. If there is no conflict, how can i resolve it???? T__T I am doomed to fail that quest. Thanks god i was experimenting some of the game aspect so i haven't proceed far.
