Single player crash

So I just purchased and wanted to try single player.. Every time I click single player, the game crashes with this error

Anyone can help me? I don't want to have wasted 9 dollars on something I can't even play. It also crashes in multiplayer as well.. If it helps, I purchased my copy from Gamefly..

Install this:

Then this:
