Closed Silent Empire NPC Dialogue on defeat

Summary: When you defeat noble party and come to the capture or release screen the Empire Lords is silent and not speak the Dialogue.

For example : I defeat Adram from Aserai and on the end screen he said "I give up call back your dogs".
And then I defeat Penton from Empire and he just say nothing. just stand in silent with dialogue box with the line he suppose to say.

How to Reproduce: Defeat Lord from empire and they will surrender in silent XD
