Signature Automatic Resizing

Greetings, I've made a few signatures for our mod and followed the restriction in profile options that says it must be no wider and no taller than 600x200 pixels. It's exactly of that size yet when I put it into my signature the forum keeps resizing it to 585 pixels in width. Why does it happen? Code currently looks like this. Each time I delete those resizing options they appear again and ruin the quality of my image.
