Sieging Cherson

I'm curious, is it possible to siege Cherson, the neutral city in the Bosphorian Peninsula?
If so, that would be an awesome starting position for a players kingdom......

Officially not. But accidentally I managed to get relationship with Neutral below zero. So I could attack Cherson. It is a glitch.

I did this by losing against the deserters (quest) and attacking them after I escaped

Well, that's not necessarily a glitch.
Just by curiosity, what level were you when you did that? I'm curious as to which level you are able to get so many troops..... ; I'm a newbie, you see.
