Need More Info Sieging a castle and getting attacked midsiege but making the attacking lord defect bug

I have encountered 2 bugs in the situation. The first one while building a a siege camp and getting attacked by an enemy vassal. We go into dialogue and we speak. What happens is I am able to convert him to our faction. Once I am done building my siege camp there is no menu to get out of the siege camp so I am not able to siege or even move my character. I am just stuck with the tent and unable to select a menu. The other bug I found is if broke the siege camp off before he attacked me and then was able to persuade him again to join our side, he would keep trying to attack me with the dialogue saying die and then have a good day. This would not allow me to get away from him because he would ask immediately after he had just asked me. A side note seems like an infinite loop to me lol
