I can't provide proof, it was on my friends save at his house on his console.

This isnt somethin that should be news for the developers, this have been reported across the platforms.
Still happends on pc aswell(I had a guy in my cases stuck inside a building of sorts, near a ladder I dont recall the scene 100%, but would go on a limb and say it was the Vlandian castle Caeleus or how its spelled)
In my case it was on pc.

I dont know how easy its to program, but if no one have died/ko in a siege for 10 min (include the FFW clock, when you get ko'ed) it should autoresolve it as win for the attackers, since its just 1 or a handfull of defenders that get stuck).

I'm guessing on the reason why it happends - to that the object "isnt fully solid" at a state per se when the game loads in.
So the npc was supposed to be on top of the building, but since it wasnt rendered in as solid at start, he fell down and got stuck in it.

Just something similar that happends in Fo76 when I play that, and travel to a player camp. I can get stuck in all kinds of things.

A way to fix it is to perhaps have all the troops be standing behind the walls at start, and then move up onto the wall when the siege is "loaded in".
And not have it like now with some of them on the wall.
